The video below has been confirmed as true footage of VERY strange clouds that appeared over the sky right before the huge Earthquake in China this year. Many people have concluded that it might have something to do with HAARP - The US Air Force's High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program that some people think might be a kind of 21st c. secret weapon that uses radiowaves to control the power of the ionosphere (the upper atmosphere). Whatever it is, the fact that clouds presaged this disaster is too much of a coincidence to be meaningless.
We should be asking ourselves, does the United States government have anything to do with this Black Cloud, and could it be a weapon of war?
